從 Print on Demand 自主印,到 Portfolio on Demand × xportfoliox

當初2008我們以 Print on Demand(POD自主印) 起家,專注小量多樣的高品質印刷:作品集 卡片 畢業班冊 作品盒 名片等。隨著 David 的角色轉變(設計師 × 教學者 × 服務創新顧問 × 研究者),我們看見多數客戶真正想要的不是「再多印一些」,而是把作品集變成機會——申請名校、轉職、升遷、接案與策展。

因此,我們把 POD 重新定義為 Portfolio on Demand:在你需要的時候(on demand),提供從職涯定位、故事結構、視覺系統、到數位/實體發佈與面試演練的一條龍教練與製作服務指導教學等。
印刷仍在,但不再是終點;**成果(被看見與被選擇)**才是目標。

We started with Print on Demand (POD), specializing in small-batch, high-quality print: books, catalogs, zines, and exhibition guides. As David’s roles evolved (designer × educator × service-innovation consultant × researcher), we realized clients ultimately want opportunity, not just print—offers from schools, jobs, promotions, commissions, and shows.

So we reframe POD as Portfolio on Demand: whenever you need it (on demand), we deliver an end-to-end coaching and production service—career positioning, evidence mapping, story architecture, visual system, multi-format publishing, and interview rehearsal.
Printing remains, but it’s no longer the finish line; outcomes are.

How we work (5 steps)

  1. Positioning: goals, reviewer priorities, and your differentiating narrative.

  2. Evidence Mapping: quantify/visualize process & impact; fill material gaps.

  3. Story Architecture: “Problem—Insight—Solution—Result” structures chapters.
